However, the absence of four-wheel drive becomes more noticeable and problematic on wet and slippery surfaces.
The instant torque of the T90 EV can cause the wheels to spin quickly, exacerbating traction issues. The traction control system, while present, may not respond as quickly as desired, requiring cautious driving in such conditions.
If your intended use of the T90 EV primarily involves occasional off-road driving on relatively firm but uneven surfaces, it should suffice. However, it’s important to note that the MAXUS T90 EV is not intended to be a dedicated off-road vehicle.
Ultimately, the performance on different terrains will depend on the tires used. The traction control system can sometimes be inconsistent, cutting power too eagerly, which can be slightly frustrating.
